Birds & Batteries: FrontRow Shoots Video In Dallas, Village Voice Shoots Photos In NYC

Birds & Batteries stopped by the D Magazine offices for a rare stripped-down set while they were in town a couple weeks ago.  If you have seen the band live, and are familar with their music and videos, you know how different of a set up this is for their show. According to D Magazine, the band "killed it"! We agree.

Telegraph Canyon at the Rhythm & Blues Night, oosterpoort, Groningen, May 2010. 

Telegraph Canyon played the Rhythm & Blues Night Festival this past weekend along with Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, Los Lobos, Dirty Sweet and more. Jaap at Rock ‘n’ Roll Highschool (our Euro agent) pointed us to a review of the show here, where they refer to the band's set as "THE show of the night!" Needless to say, the tour is going very well!
